Joe DeRenzis built his business through hard work, consistency, and a deep commitment to integrity. He grew up in a blue-collar home in New York, watching his parents work tirelessly to provide for the family. Paying his own way through college, Joe earned a degree in business and started a catering company. When his parents moved to another state, Joe followed so his kids wouldn’t have to grow up without their grandparents. He spent nearly two decades teaching high school math while selling insurance on the side.

When a health battle forced him to step back, Joe chose a new path. He left the classroom behind and poured everything into his financial practice. It took time. He moved cities, tested partnerships, ran workshops, and slowly built trust one conversation at a time. He wasn’t interested in becoming a salesman. He wanted to stay true to who he was—an educator, first and foremost—someone who breaks things down simply, shows people their options, and lets them decide without pressure.

Today, Joe runs a thriving firm built on results. Joe’s impact is growing, but his values haven’t changed. He still believes everyone deserves access to real retirement education, regardless of their financial status.
